Theory Courses
Communicative English – A 60-hour course intended for tertiary level students of English. The content deals mainly with standard modern everyday International English for all Engineering students.
Technical English – A 60-hour course focuses on the core concepts of Technical communication – both basic and advanced for all Engineering students.
Laboratory Courses
Interpersonal Skills- Listening and Speaking & Interpersonal Skills – Reading and Writing
The two 30-hour lab courses exclusively are offered for students of Biotechnology in the II Semester. The laboratory course intends to cover many of the soft skills required for today, for example presentation skills, interpersonal skills and also covers strategies for academic writing.
Communication and Soft Skills Laboratory – An exclusive 45-hour laboratory course offered for students of EEE so as to improve the participants vocabulary to suit professional situations and sharpen their capacity to use English correctly with grace.
Interview and Career Skills Laboratory – A 45-hour laboratory course offered for the students of all Engineering departments, intends to provide students with nuances and strategies for communicating in interviews and excelling in verbal aptitude tests.
