IIC-SVCE Proof of Concept (PoC) Exhibition on 14th June 2019

Venue: EPIC (Entrepreneurship Promotion & Incubation Center (EPIC) Hall, SVCE


In this regard Department IIC Coordinators are requested to contact their department Students team available in the attachment and also inform the students to be ready for the PoC Exhibition. Students Teams (attached) are requested to present their Idea with Proto type. In addition, the Ideas will be explained with either poster or with the charts. Students teams are requested to submit the duly filled PoC Application (attached with this mail) on or before 8th June 2019 to their Department IIC Coordinators.

 

Our IIC Evaluation Committee Panel members will select the student Ideas/PoCs based on following category and themes and best two ideas/PoCs in each category will be nominated  to Regional Boot camp conducted by MIC.

 

Category A: Advance Technology Based Solution: This category invites maximum two nominations of student ideas/PoCs focusing on below themes related to Advance technology based business solutions addressing to Industry or market problems.

  •  
    • Cyber Security
    • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
    • Bio-Science and Biotechnology
    • Medical Device and Health Care
    • Mobile & Smart Phone Technology
    • Automobile Technology & Transportation

 

Category B: Social Venture/Business Based Solution: This category invites maximum two nominations of student ideas/PoCs focusing on below themes related to techno-business solutions addressing societal problems or development challenges.

  •  
    • Agriculture and Food processing
    • Affordable Health Care
    • Affordable and Renewable Energy
    • Clean and Portable Water
    • Sanitation, Waste Management
    • ICT and IOT

 

Nominations of maximum 4 best Ideas/PoCs from our College IIC to take part in the Regional Level Mentorship Session/Boot Camp to be conducted by MIC in the month of July 2019

 

Further Selected Ideas in Regional Level Mentorship Session/Boot Camp will be allowed to participate in National Level Exhibitions to be conducted by MIC in the month of August 2019.

 

Further, selected PoCs will also get international opportunity to receive global exposure to innovation and start- upecosystem of countries such as South Korea and Canada.
